This is intended to portray a slightly different version of the setting of the Voinum Estate that is a location in the second book of the Paizo War for the Crown AP.  As far as I can determine, this region is not given a map in the adventure, and does not technically include any pre-published encounter prompts, making it the ideal venue for pursuing any plot hooks specific to *your* campaign.  Also, it’s just a lovely map, if I do say so myself.

Located on a delightful body of water, this elegant and stately home is clearly made for entertaining.  The grounds immediately around the mansion are clearly maintained, and the establishment is capable, at maximum occupancy (with every upstairs bed sleeping two), of supporting thirty people: eighteen residents/guests and 12 live-in servants, whose quarters are located in the basement levels.  A service entrance for the mansion also fronts onto the ellipse at ground level for the expeditious handling of trade goods delivered by cart or by boat.  Visitors arriving by coach or carriage will find ample room to disembark on the ellipse, after which their coachmen and footmen will have ample space to reverse direction and return to the Carriage House, which contains space for up to three carriages, and twelve horses, as well as (currently unfurnished) rooms for a reasonable number of coachmen (2) and footmen (3) per carriage alongside the Gatemaster, grounds-keeper, and grooms on the top-most floor.

The centerpiece for this board is the most excellent Mansion on a cliff by PsiaLapa, augmented by my own ingenuity in the addition of the basement levels, the additional bathrooms (of which there are still not quite enough in my opinion), and the non-mansion setting.  The dock off of the ellipse is an adaptation of one of PrincessP0Pcorn’s Dock Options, and I would have been truly lost without the 7×7 and 11×11 Tower builds from Workshop Panda for the spiral stairs and the green circular tower roof, as well as some lovely diagonal stone walls provided of a fairly clean-and-level nature (to form part of the retaining wall for the drive up to the mansion) and the stand-alone Tower Ruin at the bend of the drive both also from Workshop Panda.  Finally, the Diagonal Ruin Wall – No Floor by MrFeelgoodMD, also supports the retaining wall close to the mansion and the shore, keeping the drive from spilling into the drink.
