The Dragonseer is a great sorcerer of ice draconic lineage. In my campaign it’s silver, he used to be a good guy a long(LONG) time ago but it’s color(or story) is completely up to the one who uses it.

To enter the frozen over gate the players are expected to solve a small puzzle involving the surrounding pillars and fountain.
