To-scale Shrike ship from Spelljammer, as best as I can make it.  I’d rather not have used the Desert and Hull sections, but they were the best I could do without making an unholy amount of props which are taxing to have in high quantity.  Each cabin is modeled according to the official ship specs, for a crew of 11 and modest arsenal.
