Long ago, a meteor shower pelted the desert rock of this area. Mysteriously, a lingering effect of zero gravity seems to have affected the large pieces of rock that were thrown into the sky upon impact. The rock was fastened together by chains by ambitious commoners to create a floating city. A place safe from the dangers that lurk out in the dunes.
