This hideout on Castle Lane is a dilapidated three story warehouse, though the black network have many others throughout the city. Currently this particular warehouse hosts none other than Renaer Neverember, son of the ousted Lord Neverember – with the Zhents planning to use him to locate the Stone of Golorr.

Knocking at the doors or windows alerts the few thugs inside, who take up place among the various apparatus and containers inside.

A successful DC12 attack on the crane causes it to drop, knocking the archer atop unconscious.
