the town of Zelkor's ferry from the adventure module Rappan Athuk (with some slight adjustments to building position but everything is still here). includes the relevant extra encounters from the adventures in Zelkor's ferry supplement as well in a hide volume to the west of the board. it also has gm blocks queued up for 4 stages of day and each 0f the encounters. most npcs also have tokens as well (though some are hidden)
you can find the module this is made to go with here: https://www.froggodgames.com/products/16140 or you can use it for your own purposes as well of course
