Xanathatar’s Guild have hideouts throughout the sewers of Waterdeep, this particular stretch of rank sewage however is home to the Majordomo of the Guild, Nihilor, a terrifying Mind Flayer and their pet Intellect Devourer “Qholl”.

Currently an underboss in the guild is trying to impress Nihilor by bringing him a targeted individual “Renaer Neverember”, however little do either realise they’ve abducted Floon Blaagmar – a dull but handsome lookalike.

I have previously created a 1:1 of the map from the 5th edition book for Waterdeep Dragon Heist, however this is a re-imagining that better fits within a 3D space.
