The hideout for the Black Network, is located in the shadier areas of the Dock Ward. This ‘ram-shackled’ warehouse is designed for the purposes of use in Dragon Heist Chapter 1; as the party is hired to find Floon Blagmaar. That having said, this can be a useful building for any situation that needs a medium/small sized warehouse.
The design and layout is based directly off of what is shown in the Dragon Heist adventure, though perhaps a little bit bigger.
The pulley/lift at the centre of the warehouse was borrowed from Workshop Panda (type-omega).
