Recreation of the 'Xanathars Guild Hideout'; found in the Dragon Heist adventures. That having said of course, this can be used for any sewer dungeon scenario. I tried to recreate the arrow slits that look into the main tunnel, as well as the general placement of everything. Besides the 5ft wide tunnels and passages, most (if not all) the rooms have been made a little bigger. In addition, one of the 'sleeping areas' was changed to a storage chamber.
As of the releasing of this map, without 'water sources' or more in-depth water customizations, you'll have to adjust the water level as the player goes through the map. Once as the players move through the sewers, and then lower the water level as the players venture deeper into the hideout.
