Waterdeep City Map (low detail)

I made this map with the intention of using it as a way to allow my players to split up and cover more ground around the city for roleplay, and will be supplementing with smaller battle, detailed location maps for some of the key areas that we’ll be visiting more in my compaign. This is still a work in progress, but I felt that it is now far enough along to share. 

The ward are colored: Castle Ward: white.  Sea Ward: Checkered. North Ward: Marbled. Trade Ward: Orange. Southern Ward: Burgundy. Docks Ward: Planks. The City of the Dead is obvious lol.

While I tried to take care on placing the landmarks, important buildings, and the rough layout of the cities wards as close as I could to the maps of Waterdeep, you obviously have to make some compromises for the grid.

I made some additional pieces for the city, most of them are saved in the hide volumes on the west side of the city. Im still planning on refining this as I go, there are notes for locations all over the map.
