It’s unsure whether this spooky building is a mansion, church, or castle, but one thing for sure it’s filled with mystery. Secret passageways and chests on cliffs, this area of the wooded swamp is full of secrets. Will you find them all?

This is a homebrew board btw. It’s not tied to any premade campaign. Here’s the initial story:

A vampire king named Mithras has been converting villagers in nearby towns into vampire spawn under his control. He sits at the top of his lair, guarded by many vampires and spawn. Fortunately, there are a few vials to cure vampirism, next to scrolls and books that explain what happened here. In the past, this building used to be a base for angels (or Assimar) who wanted to help mortals. When Mithras (whose an angel/assimar) was coming back from helping a town with supplies, demons (A lord or high-class demon) corrupted him and put Mithras under their control. Mithras slaughtered everyone in the building. Now, after 500 years or so, the place is crumbling down, yet Mithras (a vampire angel/assimar) remains. Slowly creating a vampire army. Will the players defeat this villain? Or transform him back into his original self?
