My grandparents lived in an apartment building in Italy that more or less resembled this. Obviously it’s not a 1 to 1 scale replica but pretty close and an easy building to drop into your cities. Each floor is a modest three bedroom apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room, and balconies to relax on or hang out your laundry. . A massive attic is hidden at the top, full of assorted stuff, if you’re brave enough to climb a rickety ladder up to a space where a fall from said ladder will also include a three story fall to your untimely death.
