The Shire Party Tree

It’s party time in the Shire!  I tried to be as accurate as possible, but I also wanted to make sure it was both visually appealing and functional at the same time.  Hence Bag End is in the wrong location, but it looks really cool behind the Party Tree.  Also, due to the need to make the hobbit hole under a hill,  Bag End is just a faux front since there is a bunch of dirt behind the front door.  I would recommend treating this like an instance in a video game and switch to a new board if player heroes go enter it.

Lastly, this is my first published board, so please let me know if there are some mistakes I need to correct.
