This is a Talespire adaptation of the map for the adventure “The Impregnable Fortress of Dib”, featured in Prepared! written by Jon Sawtasky and published by Kobold Press.

Dib and his gang of wrestling goblins have modified an overturned wagon into a small wooden fortress along a road and are terrorizing travelers. Once the fortress is breached or destroyed, the goblins retreat underground to await the final confrontation.

This map is faithfully recreated to scale from the 2D map in the book. Some notable differences: the moat has been changed to cheval de frise (spike walls) as Talespire currently doesn’t allow water tiles. The adventure also notes that there is an open space in the throne room in case they want to have wrestling matches, so I’ve instead put a roped wrestling ring. I think this makes the terrain a bit more interesting for the second encounter, and the leaf mat also gives a nice visual justification for covering the hidden trap at the entrance with leaves.
