The city of Balibaar is located by the end of a desert wasteland. It is a merchant city, and has a lot of illegal stuff around. The high part is dominated by a warrior/merchant monarchy (of women, for the flavour). There’s a lot of storages houses to explore and maybe run an investigation sesh.

I tried to make a limited space city since it is supposed to be on a desert plateau, exploring the verticallity. Enjoy!
