The Temple of the Crushing Wave from Princes of the Apocalypse.

The decor could use some work, but it’s pretty map-accurate.  I’m not sure how I want to hide volumes to leave the dungeon a little more explorable, but maybe they’ll figure out Fog of War soon.

All the bad guys are in there with the correct HP, and stat one is labeled AC on my boards.
