These are steampunk ornithopters, a sort of “flapping helicopter”, if you’ve never heard the term.  Haven’t seen an ornithoper listing here.  I made for my Spelljammer Overhaul (pg. 34), and they armed with an autoloading ballista and a couple dumbfire fragmentation rockets.  You can easily port them into Eberron or Dune or some gaslamp fantasy setting, or prune off the wooden assets to make them look more practical or technical, and swap out weapons as you wish.
