Small Nobles House Ready to play

This is a Nobel’s manor I’ve made for my friend in about an hour for him to explore and play through

enemies don’t have all their stats filled out so feel free to adjust them prior to running the encounter

their is a hidden door in a wall towards the back side of the manor i would advise telling your players to not use the cut away function if you dont want them finding it by mistake without a check

concept: the concept i was going with here was you have been tasked with infiltrating this nobles manor and  finding out why he has been acting so shrew recently at the council’s meetings after being discovered behind the hidden door in the chamber he resides it is apparent he is having a meeting with an high standing elf trying to sway them in his favor using money and valuable magic stolen from the kings personal stores to convince the elves to act in his favor performing a coup taking the king from power so he may be at the right hand side of the new elven lord in power so he may conduct his research unimpeded by the current rulers legislation.

this is just my take on this small one shot scenario but feel free to use it if you need context or don’t want to come up with anything yourself : )
