This is the Skalderang Conservatory from the Keys to the Golden Vault adventure book. Specifically the Axe from the Grave adventure. I had a lot of fun making this 3 story mansion with lots of rooms and decorations. It would make a great manor / mansion / noble house for any adventure, but for those running the book. I hope this saves you a lot of time running your published material.
