These are the Ruins of Rhest, a city in the Red Hand of DOOM campaign. It includes both the Town Hall and Bell Tower. This is a bit of an older version so it lacks furniture and the enemies.
The “terrain” around the two buildings is from another map creator, i tried to find the board but no luck, if anyone has a link please comment it to credit the original author.
