The villa of the esteemed Renaer Neverember, son of the former Open Lord of Waterdeep, Dagult Neverember.

As somewhat of a roguish hero, Renaer can usually be found around Waterdeep and not actually at the Villa itself – however he invites friends to stay even if he isn’t present, provided they leave at least a quart of rum.

Currently Renaer is embroiled in a search for the embezzled gold his father stashed away somewhere within the city, though Renaer knows nothing about it himself.
