The Urban Magic Supplies Shop is designed to add to a series of shops. It is inspired by the Old Xoblob Shop, a curiosity shop in the Dock Ward of Waterdeep. It is famous for the stuffed beholder that hangs above its front window by the main counter.

It comprises of 5 levels:

• Basement containing a Kitchen and a Wine Cellar. The concrete block indicates where you can link it to the sewer and/or a hiding place to avoid the law
• Ground Floor containing the shop and a “broad stair” to the 1st floor. The glowing rock indicates where the hidden basement stairs are.
• 1st Floor containing… nothing but a staircase.
• 2nd Floor containing a Guest room and the owner’s bedroom
• Rooftop herb garden and dining area (closest to a bower that I could get)

Dimensions: 60ft x 40ft x ~90ft (ish)
