Along a busy shipping route lies a small town of sahuagin pirates who like to raid passing merchant ships. The sahuagin would be trouble enough but to make matters worse, the village has befriended a dragon turtle with whom they share half of any haul they manage to get. The dragon turtle, Bertyl by name, lives in a large cavern at the center of the sahuagin town. The sahuagin alert Bertyl whenever a ship is passing by and he happily crunches into the ship’s hull, sending it to a watery grave where they can loot at their leisure.
