While it may seem to be a prison to the lost souls who are trapped within it, to the demons who frequent it, it is a place of relaxation and frivolity. Here, the balor demon Thraxis Flameborn unwinds by watching souls be tortured by flames. Demon allies are invited to watch the show and it is here that demonic alliances are forged and secrets exchanged.
