Base map by Amoda:

A modified version of a map found here on Tales Tavern, this fork contains a military complex buried under one of the mountains.
For my purposes, this is home to BULWARK, the Bureau for Unusual, Liminal, and Weird Anomalies Research and Keeping.
They're a highly covert agency comparable to a 1948 version of the SCP foundation or XCOM, and that's reflected in the design of the base.
THE BULWARK OBSCURA MOUNTAIN BASE
Featuring:
-Barracks
-Shooting Range
-Armory
-Medbay
-Brig/Interrogation Center
-BIG Situation Room complete with way too many monitors
-Director's Office/Meeting Room
-Science Wing w/Testing Chamber
-Entrance to lower areas for you to build on as you see fit, or do as I do and call it the VAULT and leave it unbuilt to tease your players.
