The Menace Under Otari adventure is a beginner adventure available in the Pathfinder 2e Beginner Box or from the Paizo website. To run this level as intended, I suggest setting the Atmospheric Settings to “Darkness” as part of the tutorial nature of this adventure is teaching players how to deal with a lack of lighting. All miniatures needed to play the adventure have been placed in the correct positions and undetected enemies have been set as “hidden”.

This adventure takes place in the village of Otari, the location of Troubles In Otari and The Abomination Vaults adventures.
