The island in the lake north of the Greenvale holds a few hidden secrets.

Once the site of an old keep, Raiders and Bandits have made the island and the structures beneath their hideout.

Find the hidden entrances and there may be riches or adventure to be found amongst this den of thieves.

However the bandits are not the only secret this island holds. It has a history that if uncovered could spell danger not just for those that venture to this secluded place, but the whole land.

This Island lair plays on two levels, the island above with ruins, a secret back door and some standing stones spread across the island as well as a bandit hideout/dungeon beneath including torture chamber and  oubliette, training room, barracks, treasure room, workshop and various corridors.

GM Note: Setting the terrain clipping to 7.9 give best results when exploring the structures beneath the island
