Hollows Edge, A Ply-crete city built in the ruins of an old Pathlife mining rig used in the original mining missions. 

Hollow: A desert planet mined to the core for valuable materials to build the metal planet Tio, with the excess rock being used for ply-crete; a cheap concrete alternate that both supports the planet from collapse and poisons the inhabitants, Hollow is now a deadly ply-crete labyrinth filled with massive slum towns, scavengers, and edge-runners.
