The palace of Ashtakala, the Demon Capital. Located in the heart of the Demon Wastes in northern Khorvaire, the palace is built into an active volcanic caldera, and lava is used as a magical heating element throughout the palace, keeping it warm and toasty for its fiendish denizens.

Status: Complete but not polished; there may be some little misaligned things and some bare rooms. No plans to really continue as my campaign has moved on from this area.
Looks like you used some custom minis. Did you use a mod or were they your own?
Those were heroforge minis, sorry about the mess.
No worries. it is an absolutely amazing board. You may want to remove the custom minis, though.
