For my Tomb of Annihilation campaign I used Dustown’s palace island for Fort Beluarian. I added a drawbridge connected to the rest of Chult, as well as a dock with some ships. Models added for Liara Poryr, as well as guards throughout in case the part gets into trouble. A fine place to buy a charter, meet Shago or buy over priced goods before they set off on their expedition.
