Welcome to the knife throw! Toss a knife and stick it in the target to win a prize!

Like all festival games, the knife throw is rigged. Striking the target is easy enough. A simple ranged attack roll against AC 10 will strike the target. However, the knives are not balanced for throwing so the attack is made at disadvantage. If one of the rolls hits and the other misses, it is because the knife rotated at an angle where the blade doesn’t hit the target and bounces off harmlessly.

To make things worse, the knives are dull, so they don’t stick in the target very well. Reduce the damage dealt by a thrown dagger by 5. If the attack does not do at least 1 point of damage, it does not stick in the target.
