Like all carnival games, this one seems simple but is rigged to make it almost impossible to win. The balls are ever so slightly larger than the cups and are quite bouncy so even if they happen to land perfectly, they almost always bounce out. The barker has a ball that is slightly smaller and throws from a slightly closer position which keeps the ball from bouncing out when he demonstrates.

Those attempting to win the rigged game must make a DC 20 Dexterity (Athletics) check at disadvantage.
