Desert Fountain

In desert lands, nothing is more valuable than water. Luckily, talented magic and put it where it otherwise would not be. This fountain was built by a djinni to serve a desert caravanserai (a kind of rest stop/inn build along desert trade routes). Thanks to a pair of small portals to the elemental plane of water, cool, fresh water continually flows from the top and is drained from a pool at the bottom.
