Crook’s Nook – Bridge/Inn

The Crook’s Nook, as described in the Abomination Vaults adventure path, is an inn which at the same time doubles down as one of the main bridges to cross the Osprey River, located in the small settlement of Otari, in the Isle of Kortos. It is also “known” for housing the local thieves guild: the Osprey Club. Unfortunately, the adventure path never describes how exactly can an inn be a bridge at the same time, so I had to improvise. This is one of the many possible combinations such a building could be constructed (one that is quite inconvenient, if you ask me, but it looks cool so I don’t care). The main building supports part of the bridge, and the guildhouse sits at the side of it, on top of the rest of the structure.

Anyways, I couldn’t have made this map without two people. First is Nym, creator of “Lionspride Inn”, which is the building I used as a base for the Crook’s Nook. Second is gogots, who’s made an incredible collection of modular assets that I enjoy using for my maps a lot. So thanks to both of you.
