A 1:1 Old Bonegrinder from Curse of Strahd for those interested. The dilapidated windmill sits atop a rocky promontory on the road to Vallaki, near four megaliths. Cackling women can be heard within.
Due to following the module’s map closely, Old Bonegrinder is very cramped. If you’d rather avoid this, I’d highly recommend Demongund’s much more spacious Old Bonegrinder.
I love that Old School folks now have a version that perfectly matches the Bonegrinder map in the module 🙂 I had to sacrifice a lot of accuracy for playability.
I love your maps! I feel like among the 1:1 maps I’ve made, this would pose the most challenge for actual play. Ravenloft is actually fairly spacious, but bonegrinder and deathhouse are both really cramped.
At some point I would really like to revisit Deathhouse, even at 2x or 3x it feels too cramped for TaleSpire play. Updating it to 4x along with chimera free prop placement will definitely happen… eventually 😩
