Beholder Magic Shop

A whimsical building that someone may have a use for.

A building of pure madness that came about due to the party meeting an infant beholder and fostering a relationship of a non-violent nature with it.
The beholder obtained a twisted sense of “commerce” and combined that with it’s innate fascination with magical items, eventually creating this ‘building’ as a magic shop in the party’s town.

This was largely tolerated by the party due to this being the only known magic shop on the material plane in this campaign.
