Both rings are equipped with aftermarket torture and soul sucking appliances ensuring that as long as you have victims, you’ll always be convenient to schools, shopping, and the collegium that laughed at you! But they won’t be laughing now when they see your new digs!
Fuel is never far away either, as this lair includes a iron barred heavy duty sealed pen at floor level to contain dozens of ‘unwilling volunteers’ for all your power system needs.

Infernis Systems 120  Lava Forge
Nestled beneath the repair and enchantment platform is Infernal systems Lava Forge with barely 46 burn hours logged, Its practically brand new! Owner states exit drain has been rebuilt, so lava backup is simply impossible!

If you’ve captured a spirit, eldritch beast, outer plane creature, or a dolphin you will always have a place for them with three! Yes THREE containment tanks. One tank is already hooked up to the Planar Portal, while the other two are more for display or the fun soul sucking drain of whoever or whatever you managed to cram in there. Fun for the whole fiend-fam!
All three are built on the reliable base of sefardicthunder’s Industrial Boilers, and made of spell hardened quartzite(tm) so escapes are unheard of! All three  carry a two-year / 25 Entity warranty*

MISC:
Wide bridges for dueling self-righteous heroes or convenient shoving of said heroes right off into the Lava Forge.
Large desecrated Statue directly above the primary holding tank, held securely by three or four ropes. So Safe!
