It doesn’t win style points on the outside, but the inside is purely functional as a guild hall for adventurer’s looking for work, a bar to relax, meeting rooms on the 2nd floor to plan out the next mission (with themes in certain rooms), and x3 floors adventurer’s can call home.  Each floor represents how much they’re willing to spend on lodging.  squalid and poor lifestyles on the 3rd floor, modest and comfortable on the 4th, and wealthy/aristocrat on the 5th floor.  You can choose to use these lifestyles to let the party store their belongings in the chests provided in their rooms (no chance of theft due to active watch from guild) and they can pay in advance to keep storage in their rooms.  You can grant extra temp. hit points the more they spend or whatever you want to do.  Please Please Please let me know if you make the outside more stylish than it currently is, I wasn’t focusing on coolness when i built it as I need it for my campaign!

Special thanks to  Inkyiie for the large chair (it was put in for giant adventurers) and Doskious-Steele for the formal dining for 8.  It made it easier to make the meeting rooms.

Update 1.1 10/17/22 – I added a 2nd layer of wall to the exterior to make it more appealing due to recent complaints from adventurers wanting a more ‘appealing guild to come home to’.  I also added two atmosphere markers on first and 2nd floor, first floor chattering with music, 2nd floor quiet tavern noise for when going to use Inn.

Update 1.2 11/15/22 – Added a lot of minis onto the board as its meant to be in the middle of a city.
