A Night of Fright 2 – Another Scooby Doo Mystery Adventure!

This is a map based on a premade module by DMsGuild called “A Night of Fright 2” which is a scooby doo inspired mystery one shot adventure. Great for up to 5 players, lots of puzzles, traps, mystery and hijinks are abound!

Adventure Summary as described in the module:

Hundreds of years ago… Cera Brightmoon was a normal ol’ person who just wanted to live forever. A charismatic woman, she got a bunch of evil followers and started sacrificing people to gain immortality. She had nearly completed her transition into lichdom when a group of unimportant-outside-of-this-moment adventurers kicked her butt and stopped her. Except the ritual kind of worked! Cera’s spirit lingered, undying but without true form. Over centuries, she’s been rebuilding her cult and gaining her strength. Today… The town of Haven is a small, secluded place that is secretly entirely Cera’s lich cult (that’s a big secret, don’t tell anyone that bit). Every year they host the ominously named Harvest Festival and people from all over come to hang out and bob for apples and such. But since the townsfolk are cultists, it’s all a cover for them to kidnap a few people and sacrifice them to Cera. Only ever a few, since they don’t want to draw attention and get any
adventurers in who could bust up the operation. Guess what happens!

Enter Benjamin Harker, direct descendant of Cera and real scumball. He only recently learned that he is Cera’s descendant, a fact that he is keeping hidden from the rest of Haven. He figures he can usurp Cera and take her power, becoming a lich himself and starting a reign of terror. But he’s clever enough to not tip his hand, and he wants some schmucks to do the dirty work for him.
