Bombard “The Delphinus” – Spelljammer

This build started as an attempt at a Bombard ship, but as I continued I decided to model it after a classic airship, “The Delphinus” from Skies of Arcadia. The ship features a massive front facing “Moonstone Cannon.” Interior has cannon battle stations, med bay, and a brig on the battle deck. Bottom floor features living spaces, mess hall, and study/captain’s room. Also includes a cargo bay and loading area for the main cannon.

Only finicky area is the helm since it uses the hull roof pieces that don’t disappear when under them, so I recommend making a “hide volume” box to hide those when players are in there. Everywhere else should auto-hide well and did my best to hide weird joints and fill dead space. Will definitely be adding more to this one, especially the helm which is just a chair currently. Hopefully this sparks some nostalgia for people who have played Skies of Arcadia. 

UPDATED: Changed the side fins, added more to the helm, improved the turrets.
