The Dwarven King Theron was not only a skilled warrior, but also a visionary leader. His wisdom united the Dwarven clans, and their master engineers and craftsmen transformed Theron’s Depths into the capital of the Great Below, a cosmopolitan city that also became a home to dark elves and deep gnomes.
The Palace Cavern is the central district and jewel of Theron’s Depths, connecting the various tramways and lift platforms to the Central Palace, the Grand Academy, Keron’s Bazaar and the Guard’s Spire.
