This is all the single doors in the game (at the time of publish) centered in the middle of a 2×2 tile.

I used the SlabTool symbiote to create these.

As long as the door is not outside other tiles in a slab on the horizontal plane, and there are tiles below the door, your slab should work fine.
If the door is the lowest object in the slab or it extends outside of other tiles horizontally, this might trigger your entire slab to paste offset by .5 tiles.
