Once the headquarters of a nefarious corporation, this tower became the lair of a powerful lich in the days after the world ended. The party came here to destroy the lich, once and for all, but found the place guarded by powerful time magic and strange occult beings.
A dungeon. Be aware that only the top level has been given an interior. You could probably clean up the blood, bones and occult symbols and make a normal, if sinister, corpo tower. The helipad is Cyberpunk Helipad by Lemurian_Settler, while the tower’s exterior is BRUTALISM _ TOWER-1 by istallri Astra.
