A “fortified manor” that’s more manor than fortification. Not at all the same design as the pre-published map for the estate in the AP, but still eminently suitable. Note: the board contains set-dressing, despite the Betony Estate not being possessed of such in the adventure at first.
Massively based on the excellent “Ascanor Lodge – The Manor” by istallri Astra, with kitbashed “fortifications” around the edges borrowed from “Bandit Fortress” by Inferno933, road and natural set-dressing from “25 Roads & Landmarks – Modular – Rough & Clean” by BrotherHanan ~ Lord of Kinetics, and arches and freestanding stone pillars by the inimitable workshop panda. Wow this is beautiful– gotta love a framed build. And the Moorgoth roofs really go well with those Tavern walls. Awesome!
I can’t take credit for the vast, vast majority of this work. The exterior of the manor is almost 100% unmodified from the “Ascanor Lodge – The Manor” by istallri Astra.
The only parts that are really “mine” are the underground additions at the foundation level, in which I’ve relied on a fair amount of work for pillars and arches from Workshop Panda, and the arrangement of the walls (lifted from the Bandit Fortress) around the property.
