This is Carnath Roadhouse from chapter 5 of Tyranny of Dragons (Hoard of the Dragon Queen).
The board contains the ground floor with courtyard, rooms, stables, warehouse and strong room; level 2 with rooms and the kitchen. All rooms are furnished.
Inside the strong room you will find the hided trapdoor leading to the swamp throught a tunnel.
This board can also be use as any inn along a road.
