I am not taking credit for the additional mods used so please thank the original creators. I am uploading this as I desired an updated manor for my Steelcloak guild in my campaign.
The Entire building was renovated. Roof tiles replaced, floors rebuilt, and some rooms and halls modified to better suite the renovation.
Updated Rooms:
Ground Floor: Original Mess Hall, Original stables, Original Kitchen, Original Barracks, Ground Floor Hallway with Statues, Private Lounge, Private Dining Hall, Training Facility, Smithy (Outside), Meeting Hall and Podium, Front Desk (My guild is contracted mercenaries), and Temple.
Second Floor: Food Pantry Storage, Second floor public lounge, Each bedroom has its own “Theme” there are 4 bedrooms for adventurers, Bedroom 1 with Monster hunter theme, Bedroom 2 with wizard/alchemist theme, Bedroom 3 with Samurai/Knight theme, Bedroom 4 with theologian/bard theme, Storage/Library room with alchemy station, Office for the book-keeper of the guild, office also has bedroom and raised loft, Armory, War-room, treasury.
Attic: Storage attic, The attic above the Original mess hall has not been populated but has access via ladder.
Outside: Smithy at back, courtyard has been rebuilt and landscaped, front entryways have been renovated, guard platform and “Front Gate” updated, Statues erected out front, dirt roads re-dug, small boat launch built, greenhouse renovated inside, graveyard built, tower has been left original to do with as you wish.
