Loud hum of townsfolk conversations fill your ears as you enter the building, from petitioners arguing too high taxes to two neighbours disputing their land borders. You see the line of towns populace impatiently waiting their turn and you lock your eyes with a tired and bored looking lady with strict eyes sitting behind the counter. You know you will be here for a very long time…
It’s been a long time since I last posted anything but I hope you will find this Townhall / Guildhall to your liking. As usual from me, there is way too many props used here, so keep that in mind if you want to use it in your boards. There is a little bit of scenery around the main building with a ready split build if you want to copy to your other boards, but I also included just the sole building as well.
As always I borrowed some wonderful slabs from other creators: Tales Garden Trees by andreguio, [Asset] Tree Asset 02 – Deciduous Trees by IceBlueBerry, a modern-ish wardrobe by Inkyiie and carts from Forrest Road and Caravan Carts by Eiven.

Do you plan on incorporating it into your town?
It have originally been built on the same board – I have one more massive building to finish and will be updating the town board again with all the new additions. Depending on how much free time I’ll have it may be a while yet
