In Faerûn, this jagged tower is known as the Shardspire, a fortress seized by the orc warlord who leads the Clawfang Tribe. Its halls echo with war drums and the schemes of a green dragon lurking beneath, twisting the tribe’s path toward conquest.
But in the Shadowfell, the Shardspire wears another face. There it is draped in eternal dusk, claimed not by orcs but by the Shadar-kai—devotees of the Raven Queen. These shadowbound guardians treat the tower as both shrine and bastion, a reflection of the same spire in the mortal world, yet steeped in sorrow and silence.
Two towers, one form, bound across planes: one steeped in brute savagery, the other in cold devotion.
