In the Dragon’s Hoard casino, the new Fantasy Land holodeck has opened. Its grand inauguration coincides with the Grande Prixe, a race of honor and status amongst all of Neon City’s most illustrious gangs. Instead of racing thriough the city fighting and causing destruction, now contestants battle their way through a fantasy course designed to intensify the drama.
