I had to trim this down a lot to fit as a slab, but this is my interpretation of The Forlorn Hope from “Tales of the Red: Hope Reborn”. As a fan, I highly recommend buying yourself a copy of Hope Reborn. It’s a really, really fun campaign, and this was the version I used when my players were going through that campaign.

2nd story: Penthouse and Luxury apartment

1st Floor: 3 two-bedroom apartments, 4 one-bedroom apartments, 4 cube rooms w/ a storage space, communal bathroom, laundry, and Music Studio.

Basement: The bar, with kitchen, stage, green room, storage and freezer, and service elevator.

Sub-Basement: Med-bay, tech workshop, tech’s and ripper-doc’s bedrooms, storage spaces, vault, meeting room, two empty rooms (for base upgrades), and a practice room/firing range.
